Professional experience
Mr. Bouman joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 1975 and is a Partner in the firm. Mr. Bouman has successfully prosecuted numerous lawsuits in the area of personal injury including claims involving wrongful death, products liability and medical malpractice. He has also been lead counsel in securities fraud, antitrust, ERISA, RICO, environmental and constitutional law cases. Mr. Bouman handles lawsuits in both New York and Pennsylvania. He has been a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association since 1976.
