Professional experience
Mr. Martin joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 2004 as Special Counsel. His practice is now limited primarily to real estate and estate planning.
Mr. Martin was engaged in the general practice of law with the firm of Turk, Truman, Bishop & Tillapaugh from 2001 to 2004, and with the firm of Bartow, Murphy & Dixson from 1997 to 2001, both of Owego. He is also a former Tioga County Assistant District Attorney and General Counsel for the Village of Owego.
Other
Mr. Martin is a former member of the Board of Directors of Growing Years Children's Center and the Board of Directors of Leadership Tioga. He has also served as a Trustee for the Village of Owego.
