Mr. McKertich joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P.in 2009 and is an Associate with the firm. His practice is concentrated in environmental law, municipal law, education law, and labor and employment law. Mr. McKertich has a background in courtroom litigation and he is experienced in practicing before federal, state and local administrative agencies.

Mr. McKertich is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Broome County Bar Association. He is also a former member of the Stoneham Conservation Commission and the Watertown Rotary Club.
