Professional experience
Mr. Rode joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 1972 after service as a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. He is a Partner in the firm, and is a member of the firm's Business and Banking Practice Group. Mr. Rode's practice is concentrated in the areas of representing individual and business clients, lenders and creditors. He is experienced in the areas of business acquisitions and mergers, commercial lending, real estate, loan work-outs and creditors’ rights, including bankruptcy, collections, foreclosure and litigation.
