Nestled in the foothills of the Catskills is the small Village of Hancock, NY - gateway to the Upper Delaware.  Some say it is the best fly fishing place in the world.

This Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. branch opened in May of 2002 with Attorney Bob Madigan and Assistant Cindy Whiting as the founding hosts.  The office handles real estate transactions, estate work, personal injury cases and many other legal issues.

The office is open on Thursdays and Fridays for appointments.  The phone number (607) 637-3707 rings through to Cindy’s desk in Binghamton on other days.

Driving Directions

From Route 17 East

Take Exit 87 - Hancock. Turn left onto Route 97 and continue straight for .5 miles. Turn right at the dry cleaners onto Wheeler Street (no sign). Our office is the third building on the right.

From Route 17 West

Take Exit 87-A - Hancock. Turn left and continue straight for 1.5 miles. After traffic light, take your first righthand turn onto Wheeler Street (no sign). Our office is on the left side of the street.
