GPS coordinates to these locations: Latitude 42.439432° Longitude -76.493603°
Latitude 42.439818° Longitude -76.496858° We currently have two office locations in Ithaca to serve our Tompkins County clients. Our first Ithaca office is conveniently located at the corner of Tioga and Seneca Streets on The Commons, on the fourth floor of the historic M&T Bank Building. The Seneca Street municipal parking ramp is across the street from the office. This Ithaca office opened in October 2002. We share the office with Brown & Michaels, PC, a small law firm specializing in intellectual property services. Based on our close relationship with Brown & Michaels, much of Coughlin & Gerhart’s work in this Ithaca office focuses on intellectual property litigation. We also handle a variety of other legal matters, including various types of civil litigation, labor and employment issues, estate planning and workers’ compensation. We also now have a second Ithaca location, as a result of our alliance with the Albanese Law Office. Jon Albanese is now Of Counsel with our firm. This office is capable of serving a wide range of client needs including real estate, trusts and estates, litigation, business, and municipal and school law matters.
