The firm’s Unadilla office is located on Main Street in the heart of the Village of Unadilla, known as “the Village Beautiful” and the home of Boy Scout Troop 1.  Since opening the Unadilla satellite office in 1992, Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. has carried on the tradition of Attorney Livingston “Link” Latham, providing personalized and local legal service to our clients in Otsego, Delaware, and Chenango Counties.

Attorney Beth Westfall is the resident attorney and has office hours in Unadilla on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.  Several of the firm’s other attorneys are available to meet with clients in the Unadilla office by appointment.  Barbara Carey is the legal secretary and real estate paralegal in the Unadilla office.

Conveniently located in Otsego County, with close proximity to Delaware County and Chenango County, the firm handles real estate transactions, business transactions, estate planning, elder law, probate, estate administration, and zoning matters in all three counties.  The firm also represents several local towns, villages and school districts.

The Unadilla office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm and by appointment.

Driving Directions

From Interstate 88 East

Take Exit 10, Unadilla. Once you cross over the Susquehanna River, you will come to a blinking red light "T" intersection on NYS Rte. 7. Turn right onto Main Street heading toward the village. Our office is on the right-hand side, 2 ½ blocks into the village. It is a gray house next door to a convenience store. Parking is available in the Great American parking lot across the street.
